On-Demand Course: BRE Program Evaluation Webinar
Delivered by Ida Scott
What is a Program Evaluation
A program Evaluation proves the value of the program. In the case of your Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) Program, the sponsor of the BRE program will want to know if the BRE program was a success and what has been achieved through the program. A thorough evaluation of the program can provide these answers. An evaluation will also let you know what has worked during your BRE project and what has not worked. You will be amazed how the results of an evaluation can enhance your BRE program and implementation of the results. You will learn about creating an improved future BRE program.
About the BREI Program Evaluation Webinar
Through this webinar, you will learn about the logic evaluation model, which looks at inputs, outputs and short, medium and long-term outcomes. During this seminar, you will learn about the importance of a BRE evaluation and how the evaluation can help with implementation of the goals coming from your BRE program. You will learn about compiling the results of your evaluation and who to involve in your evaluation and how to involve these people. In the end, the evaluation recaps input by all who have touched the BRE program and the input and recommendations are compiled in the evaluation.
