Meet the speaker

As the Executive Vice-President Market Research & Analytics at MDB Insight, Chris has more than two decades of experience. He has conducted over 500 research studies and is considered a thought-leader in design and analysis.

Chris is recognized as an industry pioneer and is continually designing innovations in the field, particularly Business Retention & Expansion. For example, he developed MDB Insight's innovative Triage BR+E™ tool and holds a North American Patent for a methodology he designed to produce an online scientific panel.  Chris has completed community surveys for various municipalities and comprehensive research projects for public and private sector clients. Also, Chris has designed and consulted on large market research pricing, branding, advertising, and media projects across North America, including large-scale research programs for organizations such as Verizon, Coke, Honeywell, Duraflame, Esselte, Air Miles, Canada Post, CBC, Public Works and Government Services Canada, and Microsoft.  

Chris has managed, designed, and consulted on market research projects for various industries and various methodologies. He brings experience and strong analytical and managerial abilities to designing and implementing complex research methodologies customized for each client's needs. His experience has given him a solid background in the technical aspects of research and presents relevant and actionable results to clients clearly and understandably. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Hon) degree. He is a member of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA) and a Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP).
